LEO A DALY served as executive architect for the project, working closely with design architect BIG. The new facility co-locates two Arlington Public Schools programs that are among the most progressive education programs in the United States: a democratic alternative magnet program, and a program for students with severe intellectual disabilities. LEO A DALY, in partnership with BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group, and Arlington Public Schools (VA), recently announced completion of The Heights, a new secondary school building in Arlington, VA.
